Dress Code -  June 2025

 

FOOTWEAR

Flat-soled bowling shoes must be worn on the green at all times, by both players and markers  (Sandals not permitted, except in medical circumstances where a doctor’s note is provided)

 

BALLOTS AND ROLL-UPS - SMART CASUAL

ABOVE THE WAIST
Bowling or polo shirts of any colour with collars and sleeves

 

BELOW THE WAIST
Bowling or tailored trousers, crops or shorts of any colour
NO jeans, leggings, jeggings, or cuffed tracksuit trousers

 

MATCHES

ABOVE THE WAIST
Ladies:-  Club shirts, pale blue or white fleece, Club jacket/gilet, white bowls jumper
Men:-       Club shirts, Club jacket, white bowls jumper

BELOW THE WAIST
Ladies:-   Bowling or tailored trousers, crops, shorts, or skirts
Men:-       Bowling or tailored trousers or shorts
Colour:-   Either grey or white, as specified by the Club for each match

INTERNAL COMPETITIONS (Players & Markers)

As for matches, except that a predominately white bowling shirt is also permissible
